Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter room temperature
- 8 oz. cream cheese room temperature
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar packed
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips divided
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add in the butter and cream cheese. Beat with a hand mixer until creamy.
- Add in the brown sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat until incorporated.
- Set aside 2 tablespoons of the mini chocolate chips. Stir the remaining chocolate chips into the dip.
- Add the dip into a serving bowl and sprinkle the top with the remaining mini chocolate chips.
- Serve with chocolate chip cookies, graham crackers, pretzels, etc.
